Epsom splits neatly in two for us. The newer estates generate move-in and renovation waste — packaging, offcuts, old fencing between lots. The older side towards the Midland Highway has bigger blocks with sheds, machinery and the occasional car body. Both are an easy run back to Eaglehawk, so Epsom is comfortably inside our same-day range.
Epsom is about 12 minutes north of our yard at 4 Mijuda Court, Kennington. The housing here is mostly newer estate homes around the Epsom Village end, and older homes and small holdings closer to the highway. Sorted loads from Epsom go to the Eaglehawk Landfill and Recycling Centre on Upper California Gully Road, which is what keeps our turnaround short and the disposal cost honest.
